The Long Term Care Center at HMC is a Medicare/Medicaid Skilled Nursing Facility.

"Together We Are A Family" is a phrase that we use often here.

Our caring staff are not just talking about culture change, we are living it! Long term care centers around the
country are exploring new models of living and providing health and human services.
Hillsboro Medical Center is paving the way in North Dakota!

Our beautiful new "home" provides nursing services, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and activities for residents
based on resident-centered care.  You wake when you want, eat homemade meals prepared in the household
kitchens and enjoy the activities that bring you most pleasure -- just like home.

Our new 36-bed facility offers 32 private rooms and 2 semi-private double rooms all with beautiful views of our
community.  Each room features built in wardrobes with a large bathroom with shower with room for your
personal furnishings.

If you enjoy and prefer bathing, our luxurious spa
 offers you a quiet retreat.

Meal are homemade, with choices of two entrees and vegetables at both the noon and evening meals.

After you've enjoyed your spa, make sure to visit our
Beauty/Barber Salon -available to all residents and
patients at Hillsboro Medical Center.

A unique feature we love is our Family Dining Room-
great for those intimate meals when family come to
visit on special days and holidays.

Our local churches hold services and play an important
part of our activities.
